Short-Term Rentals / Holiday Homes (Airbnb & Booking Platforms)

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Guest Relations Officer / Admin to manage guest experiences across our short-term rental portfolio. The role is responsible for ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs, handling guest communications, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Relations

  • Welcome guests and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Ensure a smooth and pleasant arrival and departure experience for all guests.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Conduct courtesy calls and follow-ups to monitor guest satisfaction.
  • Promote available facilities and services to enhance the guest experience.

Operations & Coordination

  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to resolve issues and ensure service quality.
  • Arrange guest requirements and special requests when needed.
  • Ensure service standards are consistently met across all properties.

Administration & Systems

  • Maintain accurate guest profiles and update preferences in the system.
  • Manage bookings and availability through online booking platforms.
  • Use CRM / PMS systems (e.g., Hostaway, Avantio, or similar) to manage reservations and guest data.
  • Ensure all records and reports are updated accurately and on time.

Working Conditions

  • Working Days: Monday To Saturday
  • Working Hours: Monday To Friday 9 to 6
  • Saturdays 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
  • Salary Range: AED 4,000 – 5,000

(depending on experience)

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience & Knowledge

  • Previous experience in guest relations, reception, or customer service (hospitality or short-term rentals preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with booking platforms such as Airbnb and Booking.com.
  • Familiarity with CRM / Property Management Systems (Hostaway, Avantio, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of short-term rental operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
