Job Description:

OM Solutionz is seeking an ambitious, motivated Business Development Officer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, negotiation, and documentation skills and will play a key role in driving business growth.
Note: Females are strongly encouraged to apply.

Timings: 10:30am-7:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and prospect potential customers on freelancing and business platforms such as Upwork, LinkedIn, and others.
• Prepare, write, and submit business proposals to potential clients, including individuals and companies.
• Manage prospecting activities via proposals, emails, and calls.
• Conduct research to identify potential leads and market opportunities.
• Gather and manage client requirements and documentation efficiently.
• Schedule and conduct on-call meetings with prospective clients.
• Maintain and update a database of leads and customer information in the CRM system.
• Qualify leads through effective communication and consistent follow-up.
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to lead generation.
• Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, performance, and progress toward targets.

Requirements:

• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data for informed decision-making.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools and business platforms is a plus.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and result-driven.
• Flexible, team-oriented, and collaborative.
• Prior experience in a relevant field is an added advantage.
