Job Summary
Enza Home is seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Business Development Officer to support the growth of its B2B and corporate sales business. The role focuses on identifying new clients, generating leads, and building strong professional relationships to expand Enza Home’s market presence in Islamabad and surrounding regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in corporate, real estate, hospitality, and institutional markets
- Generate leads through market research, site visits, cold calling, and networking
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, and corporate clients
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations
- Conduct follow-ups to convert leads into confirmed business
- Coordinate with internal sales, design, and operations teams for smooth execution
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities
- Monitor competitors and market trends to support business strategy
- Represent Enza Home at meetings, exhibitions, and industry events
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in client meetings and presentations
- Target-driven mindset with good negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Proficiency in MS Office; CRM knowledge is a plus
Experience
- Minimum 1–4 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or a similar role (preferred)
