Job Overview
Enza Home Islamabad is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Officer (BDO) to drive sales growth, expand market presence, and develop strategic client relationships. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, maintaining key accounts, and supporting the showroom team to achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate is a dynamic professional with strong communication, networking, and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales Growth:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both retail and corporate segments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, architects, interior designers, and corporate partners
- Support the showroom team in achieving sales targets by generating high-quality leads
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as a point of contact for key accounts and partners
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and presentations to clients
- Follow up with potential and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
Strategy & Reporting:
- Collaborate with management to develop business strategies and sales plans
- Track business development activities and provide regular reports on lead generation, conversions, and revenue performance
- Suggest improvements to sales processes and client engagement strategies
Collaboration & Support:
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and design teams to align business development activities with company goals
- Represent the Enza Home brand professionally at client meetings, events, and networking opportunities
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management (retail or furniture/interior design preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to generate leads, manage client relationships, and close deals
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven
- Professional appearance and customer-focused mindset

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
