Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Officer to join our Sales team. This role is crucial for driving business growth, building client relationships, and expanding our customer base. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a strategic mindset, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities by acquiring clients for Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) trading, investment, and brokerage services through referrals, market outreach, cold calling, and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their investment objectives, risk profile, and financial needs, and provide appropriate market-related guidance.
  • Promote and explain equity trading, PSX-listed securities, investment products, and brokerage services offered by Floret Capitals.
  • Conduct client meetings and deliver effective sales pitches and presentations regarding market opportunities, trading platforms, and investment solutions.
  • Achieve assigned deposit, trading volume, and revenue targets in line with company objectives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth account opening, onboarding, and ongoing client support.
  • Keep clients informed about market trends, PSX movements, and investment opportunities, while adhering to company and regulatory guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with SECP, PSX regulations, and internal policies during all business development activities.

Requirements/Qualification:

Experience: Proven track record in business development or sales, preferably within the financial services or commodities trading industry.

Education: Must have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.

Other Skills and Expertise:

Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.

Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and achieve sales targets.

A dynamic and collaborative work environment.

Job Benefits:

· Salary: 45,000 – 55,000 (Based on experience)

· Paid casual, sick leaves and short leaves on monthly basis.
