Job Summary

The Business Development Officer is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and increasing manpower supply contracts. The role focuses on client acquisition, contract negotiation, and maintaining long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential clients for manpower supply services
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
  • Understand client manpower requirements and coordinate with operations
  • Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and agreements
  • Negotiate terms and close manpower supply contracts
  • Conduct market research to identify business opportunities
  • Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets
  • Follow up on client feedback and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate with HR and recruitment teams for timely manpower mobilization

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • 2–5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in manpower supply or staffing companies in Qatar
  • Good knowledge of the Qatar market and labor supply process
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Valid Qatar driving license is an advantage
