Business Development Officer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Officer to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and contribute to company growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and expanding the company’s market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Generate leads through calls, emails, and meetings
  • Present company services/products to potential clients
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets
  • Prepare business proposals, reports, and presentations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
  • Maintain accurate records of sales and client interactions
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
  • Excellent interpersonal and networking skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in BPO, real estate, or service-based industry (optional)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Time management and organizational skills
