Business Development Officer

Job Title: Business Development Officer (BDO)

Location: Shahrah e Faisal, Karachi

About the Role:
We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Business Development Officer who is passionate about sales and building strong client relationships. The candidate will play a key role in expanding our client base by promoting our HR services to potential organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold calls to potential clients and introduce the company’s HR services and certification programs.
  • Identify and approach potential clients to generate new business opportunities
  • Generate organic leads through multiple platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and online directories)
  • Send professional emails and messages to generate new business leads
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Schedule meetings with potential clients and coordinate follow-ups with leads.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions.
  • Work closely with the management and internal teams to convert leads into long-term clients.
  • Consistently work towards achieving business development targets

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) or a related field.
  • Experience Required: Minimum 6 Months
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Confidence in cold calling and client outreach
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and lead generation
  • Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
