Business Development Officer

Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary: PKR 50,000 to PKR 60,000 per month

Position Overview

Scaleup Connect is looking for a motivated Business Development Officer who will play a key role in expanding our client network and introducing organizations to our recruitment solutions. The role focuses on identifying potential clients, initiating outreach, presenting service proposals, and supporting the onboarding of companies seeking hiring support.

This position is ideal for candidates who are confident communicators, commercially aware, and eager to develop a career in business development and HR consulting services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential businesses that require recruitment support.
• Conduct client outreach through LinkedIn, email, phone calls, and networking platforms.
• Present and explain Scaleup Connect recruitment services to potential clients.
• Schedule and participate in client discovery calls and meetings.
• Prepare and deliver service proposals and hiring solutions tailored to client needs.
• Maintain strong communication with prospects and follow up on leads.
• Coordinate internally with the recruitment team regarding client requirements.
• Support the onboarding process of new clients after successful agreement.
• Maintain records of leads, meetings, and proposal status.
• Contribute ideas to improve outreach strategies and client acquisition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or a related field (Preferred)
• Up to 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or client management (preferred but not mandatory)

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Karachi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
