Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving company growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Generate leads and convert them into long-term business
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with potential clients
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction
- Maintain CRM records and prepare regular sales reports
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Negotiation and persuasion skills
- Lead generation and client handling expertise
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong presentation skills
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Experience:
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in business development / sales
