Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving company growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Generate leads and convert them into long-term business
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with potential clients
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction
  • Maintain CRM records and prepare regular sales reports
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Lead generation and client handling expertise
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong presentation skills

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

Experience:

  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in business development / sales

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
