ROVE is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Officer to support the company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and contributing to revenue generation. The role is ideal for a proactive individual with strong communication skills and a passion for sales and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, and networking.
- Generate and qualify leads to build a strong sales and business development pipeline.
- Meet potential clients, understand their needs, and present ROVE’s products and services.
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat and referral business.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and execution of projects.
- Track and report business development activities, leads, and conversions.
- Support management in achieving monthly and quarterly growth targets.
- Represent ROVE at business meetings, events, and networking sessions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to identify opportunities and close deals.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive in approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM systems.
Preferred Skills (Optional)
- Experience in hospitality, interiors, real estate, or lifestyle brands.
- Familiarity with the Islamabad / Rawalpindi corporate market.
- Existing network of corporate or retail clients.
