Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven business development officer he ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets while representing the company in a professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
Present, promote, and sell products or services to prospective customers
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations and proposals to clients
Handle students , objections, and complaints effectively
Maintain records of sales, customer interactions, and transactions
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products or services
Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and industry developments
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good time management and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus
