Salonist is expanding its presence in the United Arab Emirates, and we are looking to onboard an experienced and passionate Business Development Officer – B2B SaaS to support and accelerate this growth.

This role is designed for professionals who enjoy consultative selling, building long-term client relationships, and representing a technology product that genuinely improves how businesses operate.

Role Overview

As a Business Development Officer – UAE, you will be responsible for driving market penetration, onboarding new clients, and positioning Salonist as a trusted technology partner for salon and spa owners.

This is a high-visibility role with direct impact on regional growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead B2B SaaS sales initiatives across the UAE market
  • Identify, engage, and convert salon, spa, and beauty business owners
  • Conduct structured product presentations and demonstrations
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline from prospecting to closure
  • Develop strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Provide market insights and support regional expansion strategy

Candidate Profile

  • Female professionals with experience in B2B sales, SaaS sales, or technology solutions
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Experience in consultative or solution-based selling models
  • Self-driven, structured, and comfortable working in growth environments
  • Exposure to the UAE market or the beauty/wellness industry is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,600.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
