We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will help expand our business by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting sales growth through effective market strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business leads and growth opportunities
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and expansion potential
• Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and sales pitches
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and service delivery
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales progress

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience in B2B or B2C sales is an advantage
