Business Development Officer (BDO)

Location: On-Site – Siddique Trade Center, Gulberg, Lahore

Shift Timing: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Night Shift)

Salary: PKR 80,000/month + Attractive Commission (Depending on Experience)

Probation Period: 3 Months

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Business Development Officer (BDO) to join our dynamic team supporting a Canadian recruitment firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, client acquisition, and relationship management — preferably within the recruitment, HR, or staffing industry.

This role is on-site and operates in the Canadian business time zone, requiring excellent communication skills, sales expertise, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance- driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Canadian market through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, HR managers, and decision-makers to understand staffing needs.

· Collaborate with internal recruitment and account management teams to align client requirements with candidate sourcing strategies.

· Conduct sales presentations and virtual meetings with potential clients to pitch recruitment services and customized solutions.

· Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service-level agreements in line with company policies.

· Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system.

Required Qualifications:

· Minimum 3 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in recruitment, staffing, or a service-based industry.

· Excellent English communication and negotiation skills (verbal & written).

· Strong understanding of North American business culture and sales practices is a plus.

· Proficiency in using CRM systems, MS Office, & multitasking.

· Must be target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

· Must be willing to work during night shift hours (7 PM – 4 AM).
