Business Development Officer (Commerce Pro)

Are you a results-driven strategist with a passion for transforming careers? Join Commerce Pro to spearhead our growth by expanding the reach of our premier professional commerce courses (CA, ACCA, CMA). This role is for a motivated self-starter who excels at building strategic alliances and converting opportunities into student success stories.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Growth & Revenue Generation: Aggressively identify and convert leads (via cold outreach, meetings, and consultative selling) directly into student admissions, ensuring we hit ambitious revenue targets.
  • Strategic Partnership Building: Forge and manage high-value B2B partnerships and a robust referral network with colleges, tuition centers, and key influencers to drive mass enrollment.
  • Market Penetration: Conduct insightful market research to scout new geographies and student segments, developing and executing strategic plans for market dominance.
  • Brand & Outreach: Act as a brand ambassador, representing Commerce Pro at major industry events, education fairs, and organizing impactful seminars and guidance sessions.
  • Leadership (If applicable): Mentor, train, and motivate a small team of field executives/counselors to maximize their performance and achieve collective goals.
  • Data-Driven Reporting: Utilize CRM tools to maintain meticulous records of the sales pipeline, providing senior management with sharp sales forecasts and performance analysis.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: 2–5 years of proven success in sales or business development, ideally within the Education or EdTech sector.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (MBA is a plus).
  • Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Must be a self-starter, highly organized, and willing to travel locally/regionally.
  • Bonus Points: Direct experience promoting CA/ACCA/CMA or similar high-stakes professional certifications, and familiarity with the Indian commerce education market.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
