Business Development Officer (BDO)

Key Responsibilities

  • Market & Client Research: Conduct research to find emerging trends, analyze customer needs, and study competitors.
  • Strategy Development: Create and implement plans to expand the customer base and enter new markets.
  • Lead Generation & Sales: Identify potential clients, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Collaboration: Work with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure consistent strategies.
  • Financial Oversight: Analyze financial data, track expenses, and ensure revenue targets are met.
  • Mentorship: Train and mentor junior business development staff.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong communication (written & verbal) and presentation skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
  • Analytical skills for market and financial data.
  • Proactive, confident, and results-oriented attitude.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Experience in sales, marketing, or a relevant industry.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
