Key Responsibilities
- Market & Client Research: Conduct research to find emerging trends, analyze customer needs, and study competitors.
- Strategy Development: Create and implement plans to expand the customer base and enter new markets.
- Lead Generation & Sales: Identify potential clients, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
- Collaboration: Work with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure consistent strategies.
- Financial Oversight: Analyze financial data, track expenses, and ensure revenue targets are met.
- Mentorship: Train and mentor junior business development staff.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication (written & verbal) and presentation skills.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
- Analytical skills for market and financial data.
- Proactive, confident, and results-oriented attitude.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and CRM software.
