Job Title: Business Development Officer (BDO) – Software House

Location: Bahria Town, Lahore – Sector C

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Officer (BDO) for our software house who has strong skills in freelance platform bidding and digital marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating quality leads, acquiring new clients, and expanding business through online channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bidding on freelance platforms such as Fiverr, Upwork, Freelancer, PeoplePerHour, etc.

• Generating leads through Fiverr gigs and buyer requests

• Communicating with clients, gathering requirements, and closing deals

• Executing basic digital marketing activities (social media, ads, outreach)

• Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities

• Coordinating with the technical team to ensure smooth project delivery

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in freelance bidding (especially Fiverr)

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Understanding of software services (web, mobile apps, digital solutions)

• Knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals

• Ability to achieve monthly sales targets

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in BDO or freelance bidding

• Prior experience in a software house (preferred)
