Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Officer (BDO) to identify new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and expand our client base. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT sales, client acquisition, proposal writing, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through Upwork, LinkedIn, Fiverr, Guru, Apollo.io, and other business development channels.
• Identify potential clients and develop new business opportunities.
• Prepare compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client requirements.
• Manage client communications, meetings, and follow-ups throughout the sales cycle.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand client needs and propose suitable solutions.
• Negotiate project terms and support successful deal closures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• Proven 2+ years of experience in Business Development, IT Sales, or Lead Generation.
• Hands-on experience with Upwork, LinkedIn, Fiverr, Guru, Apollo.io, and similar platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management abilities.
• Proven experience in proposal writing, bidding, and client acquisition.
• Basic understanding of Web Development, Mobile Applications, AI, UI/UX, and Digital Marketing services.
