Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Officer (BDO) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the digital marketing space
• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, email outreach, Linkedin and other social platforms
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Present and promote company services to prospective clients
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or digital marketing
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, social media, etc.)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Target-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
