One World Immigration Law Firm provides reliable and personalized immigration solutions to clients worldwide. We are expanding our Sialkot branch and seeking motivated professionals to drive business growth.

Role Overview:
The BDO will focus on generating leads, building client relationships, and supporting the sales team to achieve growth targets. This is a client-facing role ideal for someone proactive, persuasive, and target-driven.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and networking.
• Maintain and manage client leads in the CRM system.
• Support the Sales Manager and Assistant Sales Manager in achieving sales targets.
• Follow up on client inquiries and provide accurate information about services.
• Represent the firm professionally in events, seminars, and meetings.
• Provide regular reports on sales and business development activities.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Experience: 1–2 years in sales, business development, or client acquisition; experience in immigration or consultancy is preferred but not mandatory.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
• Familiarity with Sialkot market is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Urdu.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
