Job Role: Business Development Officer – uPVC Sales

Location : Chhatarpur

Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Officer (Fresher) to join our uPVC windows and doors division. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to build a career in sales, marketing, and business development within the building materials or interiors industry. You will be trained to identify business opportunities, engage with clients such as builders, architects, and interior designers, and support sales activities for uPVC products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and understand the uPVC windows and doors product range and its applications.
• Assist in identifying potential clients such as builders, architects, contractors, and interior designers.
• Support senior team members in client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
• Generate leads through field visits, calls, and networking.
• Maintain records of client interactions, inquiries, and follow-ups.
• Stay informed about market trends and competitor products in the uPVC and building materials industry.
• Contribute to achieving sales targets under the guidance of senior team members.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in sales, marketing, and the construction/interiors industry.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
• Willingness to travel for client visits and site inspections.
