We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Business Development Officer to join a Professional Training Institute in Dubai. The role involves generating corporate training business as well as enrolling individual students for professional courses. The ideal candidate will be confident in consultative selling, capable of handling both B2B and B2C sales cycles, and motivated to achieve enrollment targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Corporate Sales (B2B):
- Identify and develop corporate clients for professional training programs
- Counsel prospective students on available courses and certifications
- Convert leads into confirmed student enrollments
- Achieve monthly sales and enrollment targets
- Maintain sales pipeline and CRM updates
- Coordinate with academic and operations teams
- Participate in education fairs, open days, and promotional events
- Pitch training solutions to HR, L&D teams, and business decision-makers
- Conduct corporate meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and close training contracts
- Build long-term relationships with corporate accounts
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in sales, admissions, or training institute sales
- Experience in both B2B and B2C sales is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented with strong follow-up discipline
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
- Knowledge of the UAE education or training market is preferred
- UAE driving license is an advantage
Work Timing
- Tues to Friday - 12noon to 9pm
- Saturday & Sunday - 10am to 7pm
- Monday - OFF
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
