Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Officer to expand our corporate and catering business. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Arabic and have strong communication and negotiation skills to build long-term relationships with corporate clients and event organizers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in corporate and catering sectors
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, offices, and event planners
• Promote catering services and customized food packages
• Conduct meetings, presentations, and client visits
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
• Coordinate with kitchen and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Requirements:

• Arabic speaking is mandatory (Fluent in speaking and writing)
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or catering industry preferred
• Strong networking and client acquisition skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Valid UAE driving license is a plus
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in F&B, catering, or hospitality industry
• Existing corporate client network in UAE is an advantage
