Business Development Officer (Female)

Job Overview:

Nexus92 is seeking a motivated and confident Business Development Associate to manage inbound and outbound calls with potential investors interested in our business. This role is ideal for fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a passion for client engagement. You will be the first point of contact for leads, providing basic information, addressing queries, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

Responsibilities:

• Reach out to potential clients through cold calling and other communication channels.
• Introduce services and products to prospective customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication.
• Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or product information.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and customer interactions in company databases.
• Follow up with potential clients to ensure conversions and ongoing engagement.
• Support the business development and sales team in achieving individual and team targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required (fresh graduates strongly encouraged to apply).
• Candidates with a confident and pleasant personality.
• Freshers with good communication skills and an energetic personality are highly encouraged to apply.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with client communication and outreach.
• Must reside near or within commuting distance of Johar Town, Lahore.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry, CRM tools) is an advantage.
