Job Summary
The Business Development Officer is responsible for generating new business by sourcing properties and projects for Facility Management, Property Management, and Maintenance services. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, converting opportunities into service contracts, and supporting the company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities
· Identify and secure new properties and projects for:
o Facility Management
o Property Management
o Maintenance Services
· Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, landlords, real estate firms, and corporate clients.
· Conduct market research to identify potential clients and upcoming projects.
· Arrange and attend client meetings, site visits, and presentations.
· Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and service agreements in coordination with internal teams.
· Negotiate commercial terms and close deals in line with company policies.
· Ensure proper handover of secured contracts to operations teams.
· Maintain an updated sales pipeline and client database.
· Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
· Represent the company professionally in meetings and industry events.
· Prepare regular business development and sales reports.
Qualifications & Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
· Minimum 2–5 years of experience in business development or sales within Facility Management, Property Management, Maintenance, or Real Estate.
· Proven ability to bring in properties and service-based contracts.
· Good understanding of FM and PM services, pricing, and contracts.
· UAE market experience is preferred.
· Preferably female candidates.
