Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, target-driven Female Business Development Officer with proven experience in education sales (specifically short courses such as IELTS, language programs, professional certifications, and skill-based training). The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients, increasing enrollments, and building long-term partnerships in the education and training sector. This role is perfect for someone passionate about women empowerment and helping learners achieve global career success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to promote short courses (IELTS Preparation, PTE, NEBOSH, Language Courses, Digital Marketing, Shopify, Graphic Design, IT Skills, and Study Visa Consultancy).
  • Identify and target potential clients including students, working professionals, corporates, educational institutions, and women seeking skill enhancement or overseas opportunities.
  • Conduct sales presentations, consultations, demos, and campus visits/seminars to convert leads into enrollments.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual enrollment/sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business and referrals.
  • Perform market research on competitors, industry trends, and demand for short courses in Pakistan and GCC markets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, digital promotions, and events to generate high-quality leads.
  • Handle inquiries efficiently, provide accurate course information, and close sales through excellent follow-up.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales performance, client feedback, pipeline status, and market insights.
  • Represent UAQ at educational fairs, career expos, women empowerment events, and corporate training seminars.
  • Contribute to the company’s mission of empowering women through accessible, high-quality training programs.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, Mass Communication, or a related field (Master’s degree will be an advantage).

Experience

  • Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in education sales, preferably selling short courses (IELTS, PTE, language programs, professional certifications, or skill-based training).
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales/enrollment targets.
  • Experience in the training/consultancy sector is highly preferred.

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills (in English and Urdu).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with students, professionals, and institutional clients.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic digital marketing knowledge.
  • Passion for education and women empowerment.

Age & Other

  • Age: 24–35 years (preferred).
  • Willingness to travel within Rawalpindi, Islamabad, and occasionally nationwide for client meetings and events.
