We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development / Sales Executive to join our growing team in the freight and logistics industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth across road, sea, and air freight services.

Flink Freight Logistics is a dynamic and fast-growing logistics and freight forwarding company based in Pakistan, specializing in providing reliable and efficient end-to-end supply chain solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in the freight and logistics sector.
• Conduct cold calling, email outreach, and networking to acquire new clients.
• Schedule and attend meetings with prospective clients to present company services.
• Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships.
• Coordinate with internal sales and operations teams for smooth execution of shipments.
• Maintain and update CRM with client data, leads, and sales activities.
• Follow up on quotations, inquiries, and leads to convert them into sales.
• Support marketing and sales strategies to expand business reach.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 1–3 years of sales/business development experience (preferably in logistics/freight forwarding).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
• Knowledge of logistics / freight operations will be an advantage.
