Sales Executive – Imports (Freight Forwarding)

Location: Karachi
Department: Sales | Reports To: Sales Team Lead / Sales Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive – Imports to expand our import freight forwarding business. The ideal candidate should have solid industry knowledge, an active client base, and a proven track record in generating and closing import leads in sea and air freight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and grow import business through client acquisition and relationship management.
  • Generate leads, meet clients, and secure bookings for sea and air freight shipments.
  • Coordinate with operations, pricing, and overseas partners for competitive rates and service execution.
  • Achieve assigned monthly sales and GP targets.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and maintain accurate client records in the CRM.
  • Stay updated on import market trends, shipping line rates, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

  • Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree
  • 1-2 years of freight forwarding experience (import-focused).
  • Strong understanding of import logistics, shipping lines, and customs procedures in Pakistan.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Target-oriented with a proactive and self-driven attitude.
  • Existing import client portfolio preferred.
