Customer Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Customer Sales Executive to support our sales team in identifying potential clients and promoting our software products.

What You’ll Do:

• Identify and contact potential clients through calls, messages, and online platforms.
• Introduce company products and explain their features and benefits.
• Schedule meetings or demos with interested clients.
• Maintain and update sales records and client information.
• Support in preparing basic sales reports and follow-ups.
• Collect client feedback and share it with the team to improve processes.

What We’re Looking For:

• Someone with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Prior experience in software sales/B2B Technology is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Confident in delivering IT solution presentations to clients.
