Business Development Officer-Manager

Key Responsibilities

Business Growth & Strategy

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Pitch products/services to potential clients and close deals.
  • Act as the main point of contact between the company and clients.

Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Develop proposals, presentations, and business plans tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance KPIs.

Collaboration & Internal Coordination

  • Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Provide feedback to management on market trends and client demands.
  • Support in developing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Maintain accurate records of business development activities in CRM/software.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales, pipeline, and business performance.
  • Track business metrics to measure success and suggest improvements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs80,000.00 per month
