Key Responsibilities
Business Growth & Strategy
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Pitch products/services to potential clients and close deals.
- Act as the main point of contact between the company and clients.
Sales & Revenue Generation
- Develop proposals, presentations, and business plans tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance KPIs.
Collaboration & Internal Coordination
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends and client demands.
- Support in developing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Reporting & Analysis
- Maintain accurate records of business development activities in CRM/software.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales, pipeline, and business performance.
- Track business metrics to measure success and suggest improvements.
