We are seeking an experienced
Business Development Officer
to drive business and revenue growth by securing short-term and long-term charter contracts for our fleet of vessels. The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial acumen, a proven track record in marine charter sales, and extensive networks within the offshore transport and marine logistics sector.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across marine charter and offshore logistics.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and industry stakeholders.

Achieve revenue targets through short-term and long-term contract acquisition.

Conduct market research to assess demand, pricing, and competitive landscape.

Prepare and present commercial proposals and contract terms.

Collaborate with operations and technical teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client needs.

Maintain an updated pipeline, forecasts, and activity reports.
Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in marine charter sales or offshore logistics (mandatory).

Strong network of contacts in offshore marine transport (critical).

Solid understanding of chartering, vessel operations, and commercial terms.

Proven ability to achieve sales targets and secure long-term agreements.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple commercial opportunities simultaneously.
