Business Development Officer, Pakistan

CodeLabs builds custom software, mobile apps, e-commerce platforms, and enterprise digital solutions for ambitious businesses.

We’re hiring a Business Development Officer to own new business development in the Pakistani market, with a strong focus on identifying, pitching, and closing high-value software and digital services opportunities.

What you’ll do

You will be responsible for building and managing a strong pipeline of new clients, from first outreach to signed deal.

This includes:

  • Identifying and approaching potential clients across relevant industries
  • Presenting CodeLabs’ services to founders, executives, and decision-makers
  • Attending client meetings and leading commercial discussions
  • Managing follow-ups, proposals, negotiations, and deal closure
  • Building relationships that generate repeat and referral business
  • Reporting weekly on pipeline, conversions, and revenue progress

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who can sell with confidence, discipline, and credibility.

You should have:

  • 3 to 4 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in IT, software, or digital services
  • A proven track record of closing deals, with specific examples to discuss during the interview
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to present to C-suite decision-makers
  • A practical understanding of how businesses evaluate software, digital platforms, and technology partners
  • A strong network within Karachi’s business community, which would be a plus

Compensation

This role offers a base salary plus uncapped commission.

Full compensation details will be discussed transparently during the interview process.
