Role Purpose
seeking a dynamic Business Development Officer to lead student and immigration client acquisition across Lahore and the wider Punjab region, including Islamabad/Rawalpindi. This role serves as the primary representative of in Punjab and is critical for expanding our market presence and client base.
Work Arrangement & Location
- Base Location: Lahore (Coworking Office).
- On-site presence required during operational periods alongside the CEO.
- Remote work permitted during Ramadan, Eid, Muharram, and other designated low-traffic periods.
- Field Visits: Required within Lahore and nearby cities, including Islamabad/Rawalpindi.
Assessment & Targets
During Probation (First 3 Months):
- Minimum 2 clients per month (any category), with no financial revenue target.
- Assessment based on communication, follow-ups, professionalism, and reporting discipline.
Post-Probation:
- Expected to secure 3–4 paid clients per month from the Lahore/Punjab region.
- Salary growth and commission progression strictly performance-driven.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Lahore, Islamabad, and surrounding regions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, academies, colleges, and B2B partners.
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies for the Punjab market.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and consultations to explain our services effectively.
- Negotiate and close deals using company-approved documentation and processes.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support case processing and lead conversions.
- Stay updated on global education trends, student visa processes, and immigration pathways.
- Manage leads, ensure timely follow-ups, and prevent lead leakage.
- Conduct regular institutional visits to generate referrals, leads, and seminar opportunities.
- Assist in arranging and executing seminars, workshops, and student info sessions.
- Ensure complete documentation handover to the processing team based in Karachi.
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly performance and lead reports.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Marketing, or related field).
- Prior experience in sales, counselling, or education consultancy is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu; Punjabi is a plus.
- Confident presenter with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with fieldwork and travel within Punjab.
- Proficient in WhatsApp Business, Excel/Sheets, and data tracking tools.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently during remote periods.
Base Salary:
- Post-probation salary revision based on performance and assessment.
