Business Development Officer – Rent A Car

The Outdoor Sales Executive is responsible for generating new clients and promoting the company’s rent-a-car services through direct outdoor sales activities. The role focuses on building relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, hotels, and individuals to increase vehicle rental bookings and company revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients such as companies, hotels, travel agencies, and individuals who require car rental services.
• Promote and explain the company’s rent-a-car services, packages, and fleet availability.
• Conduct outdoor visits and meetings with prospective clients to present company services.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
• Negotiate rental agreements and coordinate with the office team for booking confirmations.
• Follow up with potential clients and respond to inquiries regarding vehicle availability, rates, and terms.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
• Monitor market trends and competitors’ pricing to provide feedback to management.
• Prepare sales reports and update client information regularly.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure timely vehicle delivery and customer satisfaction.
