Business Development Officer - Sales & Marketing

We are looking to hire business development officer a sales and marketing specialist to help drive company sales. In this position, you will be involved in developing marketing strategies, implementing marketing plans, developing sales strategies, maintaining customer relations, and creating sales reports.

You should have strong knowledge of modern marketing techniques, a passion for sales, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and sustaining solid relationships with company stakeholders and customers.
• Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Meeting with potential customers to present company offerings and negotiate business deals.
• Reaching out to and qualifying leads & Maintaining and growing existing leads
• Promoting the company products and services
• Establishing goals and objectives in order to reach our customers through appropriate marketing channels (digital and traditional).

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business management or administration, journalism, communications, or related field.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
• The ability to travel as needed.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
