Insicive Healthcare: Position: Business Development & Operations Manager
Reporting To: HR/Sales Head – Mr. Simar preet Grover
Company: Incisive Healthcare
Location: Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh
Develop new franchise partners and establish strong long-term business relationships.
Handle customer and hospital supplies through consistent follow-ups and coordination.
Manage application and corporate selling, establishing tie-ups with large clients, hospitals, and healthcare institutions.
Participate in Government Hospital Tenders — handle documentation, submission, and follow-up.
Expand business with existing clients to ensure repeat orders and sustained growth.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
Handle hiring, onboarding, and training of new employees in coordination with HR.
Manage employee documentation, records, and performance appraisal processes.
Prepare monthly MIS reports, expense statements, and operational summaries.
Motivate and guide MRs and ABMs to improve productivity and performance.
Conduct product knowledge and soft skills training sessions.
Monitor team performance and implement performance improvement plans.
preffered:B.Pharma+MBA / PGDM in Marketing or Operations

Business-focused: Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain
Preferred Candidate Profile
Education
B.Pharma+MBA / PGDM is an added advantage
Experience
3–6 years in pharma BD or Ant Sales and operation, institutional supply, tender handling
Experience with corporate/government hospital sales
Experience in team management & operations coordination
Strong communication, negotiation & leadership skills
Proficient in Excel, CRM & reporting systems
Result-oriented, organized, multitasker
