Business Development & Operations Manager

- Strong background in insurance / loss adjusting / claims with 5-10 years relevant industry experience 

- Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with insurers, reinsurers, brokers, and corporates

 - Good understanding of claims processes, policy wordings, exclusions, and adjuster services 

- Responsible for business generation, client retention, and market expansion 

- Skilled in commercial negotiations, proposals, presentations, and fee structures 

- Ability to translate technical loss adjusting expertise into commercial value for clients 

- Excellent communication skills, professional credibility, and knowledge of local (UAE/GCC) insurance market 

Education and experience requirements: 

- Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Risk Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or Law 

- Professional insurance qualifications preferred (e.g. CII / ACII / FOR / AllI / ANZIIF) 

- Formal training in claims management or loss adjusting is an advantage

Minimum level of experience and/or on the job training:

-Minimum 5-10 years' experience in insurance, loss adjusting, claims handling, underwriting, or insurance broking 

-Prior hands on exposure to claims handling or loss adjusting assignments is essential. 

-Familiarity with loss adjusting reports, service standards, and turnaround requirements.,

-collection skills for manging the portfolio.
