Role Description

We are looking for a highly driven Business Development & Operations Manager to lead growth and oversee day-to-day operations across all departments. This role is responsible for scaling the business, improving team performance, and ensuring smooth execution across marketing, sales, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive business growth through new partnerships, retail expansion, and sales channels.

Oversee all departments (marketing, operations and logistics)

Manage and monitor team performance, productivity, and accountability.

Identify gaps in operations and implement systems to improve efficiency.

Work closely with founders to execute business strategy

Build and maintain relationships with distributors, clinics, and key partners.

Ensure brand consistency and high standards across all touchpoints.

Requirements:

Proven experience in business development, operations, or management role.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Experience in skincare, beauty, or e-commerce industry (preferred).

Ability to handle multiple departments and solve problems quickly.

Results-driven mindset with focus on growth and scaling.

Strong communication and negotiation skill.
