Food Service Manager – FMCG

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Food Service Manager to oversee daily operations within our fast-paced FMCG food business. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in food production, supply chain management, inventory control, and quality assurance. This role requires a results-driven professional who can manage teams, optimize processes, and ensure compliance with food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end food service operations within FMCG distribution and production
• Oversee inventory management, stock control, and demand planning
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations (HACCP, ISO standards)
• Lead and supervise kitchen, warehouse, and service staff
• Monitor supply chain efficiency, logistics, and vendor coordination
• Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction
• Analyze sales trends, cost control, and operational KPIs
• Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and profitability
• Coordinate with procurement and production teams for smooth operations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
• 3–6 years of experience in FMCG, food service management, or food production
• Strong knowledge of inventory systems, ERP software, and supply chain operations
• Familiarity with food safety standards (HACCP, ISO, GMP)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced FMCG environment
