- Develop and implement strategies to optimize storage and distribution operations, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of goods to users.
- Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods safely and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Coordinate with suppliers, and vendors to manage inbound and outbound shipments effectively.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to minimize stock shortages and overages.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking and reporting on stock levels, quality, and availability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, sales, and production, to align storage and distribution processes with overall business objectives.
- Lead and manage a storage and distribution staff team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- ERP Implementation
- Minimum 5 years Experience is a must.
- FMCG or Edible oil experience is plus
