Store Helper / Store Management Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Store Helper / Store Management Assistant for our growing e-commerce business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing store stock, organizing inventory, preparing customer orders, and packing online parcels for dispatch.

This role is important to ensure smooth daily store operations and timely order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and organize store inventory efficiently

Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory regularly

Receive new stock and arrange products properly in the store

Pick products according to customer orders

Pack online parcels carefully and accurately for courier dispatch

Label and prepare shipments for delivery

Check product quality before packing

Coordinate with courier services for parcel handover

Keep the store clean, organized, and well-maintained

Assist with daily store operations as needed

Requirements

Minimum Matric / Intermediate education preferred

Previous experience in store handling, packing, or warehouse work is a plus

Basic understanding of stock management

Honest, responsible, and punctual

Good physical stamina for handling stock and parcels

Ability to work efficiently under daily order pressure

Basic mobile/WhatsApp usage skills preferred
