We’re Hiring – Business Development & Operations Manager (Call Center / BPO)

Location: Islamabad

Joining: Immediate

We are setting up a new Call Center (15–20 seats) and looking for an experienced Business Development & Operations Manager with strong knowledge of BPO industry + call center technologies.

What You’ll Do

  • Acquire call center/BPO projects (domestic & international).
  • Set up and manage operations, call center processes, and agent training.
  • Support in technical setup (cloud telephony, dialers, CRM integration).
  • Lead and monitor a team of agents and ensure smooth delivery.
  • Prepare reports, KPIs, and client updates.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–2 years of experience in a call center/BPO role (business development + ops).
  • Understanding of cloud-based dialers, VoIP, CRM tools.
  • Strong communication and client relationship skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset & ability to work in a fast-paced startup setup.
  • Immediate availability.

Compensation

  • Base Salary: 70k-150k
  • Incentives/commissions on client acquisition.
