Business Development or sales consultant

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Renewable Energy Sales Consultant to drive sales of solar and sustainable energy solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and educating clients on the benefits of renewable energy systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial sectors
  • Promote renewable energy solutions (e.g., solar systems, energy-saving solutions)
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and needs assessments
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and ROI analyses
  • Close sales deals and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
  • Build long-term client relationships and provide after-sales support
  • Stay updated on renewable energy trends, regulations, and incentives
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM systems

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales (renewable energy or technical sales preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to understand technical products and explain them simply
  • Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
  • Self-driven, target-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in solar energy or sustainability sector
  • Knowledge of local renewable energy regulations and incentives
  • Engineering or business background
