Sales Executive IT Spare parts

We are looking for a Technical Sales Executive with a strong background in IT hardware servicing. Unlike a traditional salesperson, you will use your "under-the-hood" knowledge of Servers, PCs, Laptops, and Printers to provide expert consultation to our clients. You aren't just selling parts; you are providing the technical solution to their downtime.

Technical Consulting: Identify specific internal components (Motherboards, Logic Boards, RAID cards, Fuser units, etc.) based on client descriptions or error codes

Sales & Lead Generation: Drive sales of spare parts to Resellers, Service centers, corporate IT departments, and repair centers.

Client Relationship Management

Technical Competencies (Mandatory)

  • Server Hardware: Deep understanding of server architecture,
  • Laptops & PCs: Need knowledge about Laptop parts
  • Printer Internals: Need knowledge about Printer parts

Candidate Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 2–4 years in IT Hardware Service/Engineering, with at least 1 year transitioning into a Sales or Client-facing role.
  • Education: Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or Hardware Networking (A+ / N+ Certification is a major plus).
