Business Development Partner - Fintech (Commission-Based)

Clove Data is a Saudi-based fintech startup using AI to turn raw payment transactions into powerful customer insights.

About the Role

We're looking for an ambitious Business Development Partner to join us on a commission basis.

If you have strong connections in the finance or tech space and love building relationships that lead to real business opportunities, this role is for you.

You'll work closely with our founding team to identify potential partners, start conversations, and convert them into successful collaborations.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and engage potential business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Represent Clove Data professionally in meetings and communications.
  • Collaborate with the team to refine outreach and pitching strategies.
  • Build relationships that drive tangible growth and new market access.
  • Earn commission for every successful partnership you help secure.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in business development, partnerships, or client acquisition (ideally in fintech, banking, or B2B tech).
  • Excellent communication and networking skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven - you enjoy closing deals.
  • Comfortable working independently and managing your own pipeline.
  • Based in or near Riyadh.

Compensation

This is a commission-based opportunity.

Commission structure will be discussed during the interview.
