Business Development Partner (Revenue Share / Partnership-Based)

We are growing software development and SaaS solutions company specializing in mobile applications, web platforms, SaaS systems, and custom enterprise solutions for international clients. We are expanding our global client base and looking for a Business Development Partner who can actively bring new business opportunities and grow long-term revenue with us.

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Partner who can independently generate leads, build client relationships, pitch our services, and close deals. This is a partnership-based role designed for individuals who want long-term earning potential rather than a fixed salary structure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through any effective channels (LinkedIn, Upwork, networking, outreach, referrals, etc.)
  • Conduct client meetings, requirement discussions, and presentations
  • Prepare proposals and coordinate with the technical team for estimations
  • Close deals and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Contribute to company growth strategy and international market expansion

Compensation & Partnership Model

  • Revenue-share / partnership-based compensation (percentage per closed deal)
  • High earning potential with recurring project and retainer opportunities

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (IT / software services preferred)
