About Eazr
Eazr is a fast-growing fintech company redefining access to financial wellness in India. We empower individuals through personal loans, BNPL (Buy Now Pay Later) facilities and insurance premium financing, helping customers achieve true financial flexibility with ease and transparency.
As we expand our ecosystem, we’re looking for a driven and articulate Business Development & Partnerships professional (preferably male, due to the travel and field-oriented nature of the role) who can build strategic alliances, manage investor relationships and drive new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Partnerships & Alliances
- Identify, initiate and close partnerships with banks, NBFCs, fintech platforms and insurance players.
- Strengthen and grow existing relationships with partners like ICICI, Turtlefin, Microsoft etc.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations and tech teams to activate new integrations and partnerships.
2. Investor & Client Relationship Management
- Maintain and nurture relationships with investors and existing clients.
- Coordinate regular investor updates, reports and review meetings.
- Support leadership in presentations, fundraising documentation and partner communications.
3. Business Growth & Outreach
- Research and onboard potential ecosystem partners to expand Eazr’s distribution and visibility.
- Represent Eazr at industry events, fintech forums and partner meetings.
- Track market trends, competitor partnerships and emerging opportunities.
4. Coordination & Reporting
- Maintain detailed partner records, MoUs and performance trackers.
- Work closely with the COO and senior management for business expansion goals.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations and strategic reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Finance, or Business preferred).
- 2–6 years of experience in business development, partnerships or investor relations (fintech, BFSI, or startup background preferred).
- Strong communication, presentation and networking skills.
- Comfortable with client meetings, travel and in-person partner visits.
- Hands-on with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Self-driven, well-presented and confident in high-stake discussions.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
