Job Description

Are you a dynamic Business Development professional ready to join a growing team? This role is focused

on client acquisition requiring expertise in sales strategies, prospecting, cold outreach, lead generation,

client meetings, potentially deal closing, and continuous business development. You will develop and

implement strategies to drive revenue growth, enhance brand visibility. Your main customers will be

hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and other healthcare organizations.

Key Responsibilities

● Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.

● Secure new clients through email campaigns, phone calls, networking, face-to-face meetings, and conferences.

● Build and maintain a strong pipeline by identifying, qualifying, and engaging potential clients.

● Engage with existing clients to obtain feedback and determine additional business opportunities.

● Create sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.

● Collaborate with the management team to convert leads into long-term partnerships.

● Track sales performance metrics and provide regular reports. Requirements and Qualifications

● Minimum bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

● 3 years of experience in business development.

● Proven expertise in digital sales strategy, lead generation, and client engagement.

● Expertise in CRM and digital sales tools - particularly Apollo.io

● Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

● Availability to operate mostly in Eastern and Central U.S. time zones.

● Access to a reliable computer, noise-cancelling headset, and a stable internet connection.

● A quiet, professional environment suitable for remote work.

● Strong organizational skills and accountability for actions, deadlines, and outcomes.

● Experience of working with U.S. hospitals and healthcare organizations - preferred

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
