About the Role
We’re hiring a Business Development Professional who knows how to build meaningful relationships online, not just chase leads. You’ll be our go-to person for generating business through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Fiverr, and other digital platforms, engaging founders and decision-makers in genuine conversations, and converting those into long-term partnerships.
You should be fluent in outreach strategy, comfortable writing like a native, and skilled at turning “cold” prospects into warm relationships that lead to calls and deals.
What You’ll Do

  • Identify and reach out to high-potential prospects via LinkedIn, Upwork, and Fiverr.
  • Write personalized messages that open doors and start real conversations.
  • Handle client communication from first contact to closing.
  • Nurture relationships with follow-ups, comments, and content interactions.
  • Track and report outreach metrics weekly; refine strategies as you go.

Must-Have Skills

  • 2–4 years of experience in business development or online sales.
  • Exceptional English (written & spoken), natural, concise, and confident.
  • Deep understanding of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, and Fiverr.
  • Proven ability to build trust and close opportunities remotely.

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling software or digital services to startups.
  • Familiarity with automation tools and CRM workflows.

Compensation: Base salary (PKR) + performance bonuses per meeting & per closed-won deal.
